Afraid to fall, please help me.?
am afraid to fall. To give you an example: When i was practicing horse riding i was afraid that i would fall, not because of the horse because he was gentle but i was very afraid. And when i was at the countryside, when i was supposed to use a leather to climb a tree i couldn't make more than a few steps because i was afraid. But i am not afraid to travel with the plane. Please give me some advice of what i should do to don't be afraid anymore because i really really want to start horse riding again.
