Whats your favorite book?

  • BESIDES TWILIGHT !!! god... that book sucks anyway.
    That book is like the jonas brothers of books, It sucks but everyone obsesses about it anyway!! lol


  • Well my best friend absolutely HATES the Twilight series. If you ever watched the Buffy The Vampire Slayer and you watched the Angel spinoff, I guess when she was reading it she said Twilight was pretty much like Angel which made her pissed. I've never read it, but then again I'm not interested in those sorts of books.

    I don't have a favorite book ever because I love to read way too much.

    But my favorite book I just got done reading is called Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. I suggest people read it if they haven't. It's about this boy named Clay who recieves a box filled with these tapes from this girl named Hannah who killed herself. And it sort of lists the reasons why or how she came to kill herself. It was really interesting. I was so curious with the title and plenty of students who saw me reading it were too. They were like, "Thirteen reasons of what?" I would look up and shrug, "You have to pick up this book and find out yourself."

    One part of the book scares me a bit but then again I'm more paranoid than most so of course it would scare me. Lol. I'm just saying it's a really good book.

    I'm always enjoying the new era of Gossip Girl, The Carlyles, I'm already finished with the book but it was pretty good. It just didn't have that same....spice as the first set did but I will probably get used to it once I read the next book.

    I love to read a lot as you can see. :)


  • Twilight DOES suck!!!!!!!!! I don't know why everyone likes it.

    4. The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants
    5. The Hobbit
    6. The Chronicles of Narnia series

    thats kinda hard but im gonna have to say...
    the Blue Is For Nightmare series which are the books...

    Silver Is For Secrets and
    Red Is For Rememberence
    and thats the order of the series

  • Wow I have so many...The Neverending Story by Michael Ende, Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell, The Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien, The Diary of A Young Girl by Anne Frank, Anne of Green Gables by LM Montgomery, the Raging Quiet by Sherryl Jordan, and others more!!

    And of course Twilight (I'm not a fan of the later sequels though).

  • Slaughterhouse Five is my favorite book of all time....followed by Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Another Roadside Attraction, and a book I read as a freshman in high school that was a real eye opener -- Orphans in the Sky.
