Would kickboxing go good with muay thai?
Would kickboxing go good with muay thai?
im learning kick boxing and soon taking muay thai do they go good together? and also what 2 styles do you think go good together. Those two go hand in hand,they both teach striking (jabs, punches, hooks, elbows etc...)
Knees, and kicks etc..
